Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of SongSweep ("the App"), developed by Sergej Nawalnew ("we", "us", "our").

By using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

Description of Service

SongSweep is a music library management tool that helps you sort your Apple Music library by swiping through songs. The App can create playlists and set ratings in your Apple Music library based on your sorting decisions.

Requirements

• An Apple device running iOS 18.0 or later (iPhone) or watchOS 11.0 or later (Apple Watch)
• An active Apple Music subscription (managed separately by Apple)
• Apple Music library access permission granted to the App

Free and Pro Tiers

SongSweep offers a free tier with limited daily swipes and a Pro tier with unlimited access. Pro features are available through in-app purchase subscriptions (weekly, monthly, yearly) or a one-time lifetime purchase.

Subscriptions

• Subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID account
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your device’s Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions
• All subscription billing, refunds, and payment processing are handled by Apple under the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions

Your Content

SongSweep modifies your Apple Music library based on your explicit actions (swiping). Specifically, the App may:

• Create playlists in your library
• Add songs to playlists
• Set "Suggest Less" or "Favorite" ratings on songs

Important: Apple Music does not provide an API to delete songs from your library. Songs marked as "sorted out" remain in your library but are moved to a playlist and rated as "Suggest Less."

You can undo sorting decisions within the App. The "Restore" feature removes the rating and adds the song to a "Restored" playlist.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that:

• The App will be error-free or uninterrupted
• Sorting decisions can always be fully reversed (Apple Music API limitations may apply)
• The App will be compatible with future versions of iOS, watchOS, or Apple Music

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to changes made to your Apple Music library.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Germany.
